2024 Oktoberfest Soccer Tournament
Join us for the 2024 Oktoberfest Soccer Tournament in Houston! We have an exciting lineup of events including Coed Open 11v11, Coed O30 8v8, Women’s Open 11v11, and Women’s O40 8v8. The tournament will take place on October 19-20 at Bear Creek Park, located at 3535 War Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77084. Skill levels will be organized based on the number of participating teams.

Prize Money: Prize money for each competition will be determined based on available funds after covering field rental, first place shirts, referee pay, and entry fees.
Registration: Register your team using the REGISTRATION LINK by September 29. Once submitted, you will receive a roster sheet to be completed by October 4. Rosters are locked on October 11. The WAIVER LINK will be available from October 1 through October 20. All players must accept the online waiver to participate.
Mandatory Check-In:

- Requirements: Picture ID for each player, printed rosters, wristbands for all players
Fines:
- Yellow Card: $10 fine
- Red Card: $30 fine (player must sit out one game; team cannot play until the fine is paid)
Registration Fees:
- Early Bird (Register by Sept 8):
- $400 for 11v11
- $300 for 8v8
- Stoppage Time (Sept9-Sept 29):
- $500 for 11v11
- $400 for 8v8
Payment: Submit payment via Venmo (@hwsa_soccer) or PayPal (treasurer@hwsa.org). Include your team name in the memo section.
