Wednesday nights at Quillian 7:45- 8:45pm. Scrimmage 8:45-9:45pm
Instructor led soccer drills, fitness and small games.
Ideal for beginners, those that need the rust brushed off or anyone looking for a fun workout!
Bring soccer cleats (tennis shoes are fine), shin guards, a ball, and water.
